This is the new version of VAR's Professional grade cutter for clean and straight cuts on handlebars, headset tubes, seat posts, etc. It's a larger and more robust tool and the jaws now range from 3 to 42mm. The tool is still delivered with a replacement cutting wheel (inside the knob) and a removable rotating deburring tool.
