For loosening/removing small sprocket of freewheel block. One chain holds the second sprocket while the other holds and removes the top sprocket when pliers are squeezed together. Possibly the best tool ever for this job as it greatly simplifies the task. VAR NO LONGER MAKES THIS TOOL!
