Var's disc brake mount facing tool is designed and manufactured to accurately face frame and fork disc brake mounts to ensure a precise alignment. This tool faces IS Mount, Post Mount and the new Shimano Flat Mount (Front Mount & Rear Mount) including low clearance chainstay mounts. Suitable for both quick release dropouts (front : 9x100 and rear : 10x135) and thru axle dropouts (Front : 12x135, 12x142, Boost 12x148, 12x157, 12x165, Boost 110, 20x110, Fatbike 15x135. Rear : 12x135, 12x142, Boost 12x148, 12x157, 12x165, Fatbike 12x170). Kit includes four facing cutters : two for IS mount and two for Post Mount and Flat Mount. Both cutters rotate simultaneously for quick and accurate facing operations. Both mounts are faced at the same time, ensuring both will be parallel and in the same plane with just one cut.
